  I'm writing this for my parents who are both handicapped and in wheel chairs. Let me first say they are satisfied with the flooring and installation (has flaws) Here is the down side. They were promised the flooring and installation the next week after purchase but it arrive and was installed two weeks late. There was a great deal of hand prints on the walls throughout the entire house and it was freshly painted. There were also scuffs in the walls from flooring or base board. They left the floor dirty and my daughter need to mop the floor after they left she also had to wash the walls and touch up the paint. You would think when you pay $3000 just for installation they would leave a clean finished project, especially when the homeowners are in wheel chairs. I would not use this company again and will not give them a good referral as my brother I heloed arrange this project.
