  This is the second time in 4 years the bulb on our 55in Samsung TV has blown. Darrel's has been VERY easy to work with. They walked us thru how to remove the bulb casing from the TV, bring it to them, they swapped out the bulb and walla! It worked! They saved us the hassle of having to transport the tv and paying a service charge. I also liked the fact that they kept records from the first repair so they knew exactly what to order - we didn't have to hassle with finding a model number or part number. In addition, they were very personable. I would highly recommend Darrel's and will use them again!
