Service is poorly provided. Long wait times only to be told that they can't locate the order. This happens all the time. The register technician doesn't put in the name or birth date right regularly, one customer after another.

Long wait times at pharmacy drive thru when they do finally acknowledge you expect longer wait to pay and get medicine.. expect to burn up if in evening due to the sun beating on you while waiting
